this is not a coincidence. most modern wellness content is designed to keep you seeking, not to help you arrive.

the stoics knew this. the taoists knew this. the vedic philosophers, the zen masters, the sufi poets across thousands of years and dozens of traditions, they were all saying the same thing:

stop. breathe. look within. you already have everything you need.

they weren’t selling anything.

they were just right.

every week, i take one timeless idea from the ancient wisdom traditions and translate it into something a busy, modern overthinker can actually feel on a regular tuesday.

not a ten-step programme. not spiritual jargon. not another thing to optimise.

just one timeless idea told in a simple manner that helps you turn the volume down and come home to yourself.

because the problem was never that you hadn’t found the right advice yet.

a word about me

i’m yuvika.

former recruiter. full-time overthinker. 41-year-old mom who spent years being exceptionally good at seeing potential in everyone else (and considerably less good at turning that same eye inward!)

i’m not a guru. i haven’t achieved enlightenment. (yet. i’m keeping the door open.)

what i am is someone who burned out in a high-pressure career, tried most of what modern self-help had to offer, and found more genuine peace in one line of marcus aurelius than in years of productivity systems.

i wasn’t seeking wisdom. i found it because i was exhausted and nothing else was working. and then i couldn’t stop sharing it.

this newsletter is what happened when i stopped trying to fix myself and started listening to people who had been quietly right for thousands of years.
